1987年水利电力部先后两次派员赴法国考察大坝安全管理和监测技术,现将在这方面了解到的一些情况和经验综合介绍如下。(一) 大坝安全管理法国目前已建大坝160座,坝高在100m以上的15座。这些大坝绝大部分由法国电力公司(E.D.F)
In 1987, the Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power dispatched two delegations to France to inspect dam safety management and monitoring technologies. Some facts and experiences learned in this regard are summarized below. (A) dam safety management France has built 160 dams, dam height of 100m above 15.
