土三七中毒伴发急性肝功能衰竭死亡临床尚不多见。现将本院收治2例报道如下:例1,男患,25岁。因右上腹胀痛、腹胀10天,尿少,嗜睡2天于1991年5月22日入院。患者入院前半月,因感冒身痛自行煎服土三七干根约一市斤。第一次服300毫升,次晨服200毫升。一周后自觉右上腹胀痛,全身乏力,食欲不振。腹胀。腹部逐渐膨隆。双下肢浮肿。入院前2天尿少。每日小便量约500毫升。精神萎糜。夜间烦躁,白日嗜睡。查体:体温37℃,呼吸25次/分,脉搏120次/分,血压16/10.6kPa。嗜睡,体检不合作。皮肤巩膜轻度黄染,无蜘蛛痣。背、腹、双下肢皮肤散在斑片状紫癜,两肺无罗音,心率120次/分。腹膨隆,腹壁静脉曲张。肝右肋下4厘米,剑下4.5厘米,质中,压痛。脾未触及。腹水征阳性、双膝关节以下浮

Skin scleral mild yellow dye, no spider nevus. Back, abdomen, both lower extremity skin patchy purpura, lungs without rales, heart rate 120 beats / min. Abdominal bulging, abdominal varicose veins. Liver right rib 4 cm, 4.5 cm under the sword, quality, tenderness. Spleen not touched. Positive signs of ascites, floating below the knee
