阿·克雷洛夫是前苏联著名的造船专家及前苏联科学院院士,同时也是德高望重的教育家、科学知识的普及者。克雷洛夫于1863年8月3日出生于辛比尔斯克省(后为乌里扬诺夫斯克州)的维夏加镇。1884年航海学校毕业后分在水道测量总局工作,在此完成了他最早的几篇关于罗经自差方面的论文。1890年在海军学院船舶制造专业毕业后留校工作,以后便主要致力于船舶理论问题的研究。
A Karelov is a famous Soviet shipbuilding expert and former Soviet Academy of Sciences, but also respected educators, popularization of scientific knowledge. Krelov was born on August 3, 1863 in Vyshiga, in the province of Simbirsk (later Ulyanovsk region). After graduating from Navigational School in 1884, working at the Hydrographic Surveying and Mapping Administration, he completed several of his earliest essays on self-study of compasses. In 1890 after graduating from the Naval Academy of Shipbuilding graduate school work, after the main will be devoted to the study of ship theory.
