采用轴承钢板一次热翻成型制造轴承套圈毛坯的工艺,我们作了一些试验(图1),对此工艺分别进行了202、204、306等三个品种外圈的小批、成批和大批量的生产验证,通过反复多次试验和生产验证,到目前为止,由于受到设备和加热条件的限制,仅204、306己投入小批生产,并收到一定效果(图2)。现将我们在实际生产中的一些情况作一初步总结。供兄弟单位参考。 一、热翻工艺过程 在热翻下料之前,首先是对轴承钢板有一定的技术要求。由于热翻后的毛坯几何精度较高,留量较小,所以钢板的尺寸公差应有比较严格的技术条件规定,其原因可用下式说明: 所翻成之毛坯的体积=板料所切之料片的体积
