水利部副部长周文智近日指出,我国正在经历由传统水利向可持续发展的现代水利转变,必须依靠科学技术进步来解决洪涝灾害、水资源不足和水污染等问题。
Zhou Wenzhi, vice minister of the Ministry of Water Resources, recently pointed out: China is going through a period from traditional water conservancy to sustainable development of modern water conservancy. We must rely on advances in science and technology to solve such problems as floods, inadequate water resources and water pollution.
