长春市每年的2月和10月为临床用血高峰期,为此《长春市献血管理办法》明确规定了2月和10月为长春市的无偿献血活动月。活动月要求各城区、开发区(管委会)要主动进行无偿献血的宣传;号召国家机关、企事业单位组织开展集体献血;要求在长医疗机构在献血活动月中要率先垂范。无偿献血活动月呼吁广大市民踊跃献
