近年来,铁路企业获得了长足的发展,采用了大量的新设备、新技术、新工艺,为适应铁路企业的发展,如何快速培养一支高技能的人才队伍成为一个重要的课题,我们认为完善企业首席技师制度,充分发挥高技能人才引领带动作用是重要的途径之一。首席技师就是在铁路企业中为高技能人才设立的一种技术职务,是济南铁路局选聘,具有高超技能水平、良好职业道德、丰富实践经验,组织能力较强,贡献突出,并得到广泛认可的高技能领军人才。兖州工务段利用“选人+养人+用人+留人”的方法,不断加强首席技术的管理与培养。
