2006年,在广西壮族自治区交通厅党组的正确领导下,广西壮族自治区高速公路管理局全面贯彻落实全国交通工作会议和全区交通工作会议精神,以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,坚持以人为本和科学发展观,紧紧围绕改革、创新、发展的主题和交通工作中心,大力推进人性化管理与服务和文化建设,提出了今后五年的发展思路,即新“134”工作思路—坚持1个指导思想:坚持以人为本和科学发展观,把高速公路建设好、管养好、经营好;实现3个愿景目标:构建广西高速公路主骨架,打造高速公路服务品牌,构建和谐高速;推行4个工作理念:服务至上,关注细节,快速反应,追求卓越。
