在素质教育的大环境下,各类科目都进行了课程改革,并已经取得了初步的成效。对于生物科目来说,教师应该采用多种教学手段,充分调动学生的积极性,激发学生的学习兴趣,挖掘学习的动力源泉,加强对课堂的设计,打造一个高效的课堂。这样不仅有利于学生进行有效的学习,对教师的课堂质量也有不同程度的提高。本人结合多年来的课堂教学经验,对如何提高课堂效率,以及怎样调整课堂安排,有以下几点认识:一、正确认识高效课堂
In the context of quality education, curriculum reforms have been carried out in various subjects and preliminary results have been achieved. For biological subjects, teachers should use a variety of teaching methods to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students, stimulate students’ interest in learning, and tap the source of motivation for learning, strengthen the design of the classroom, and create an efficient classroom. This will not only help students effectively study, but also improve the quality of teachers’ classrooms to varying degrees. I have combined several years of experience in classroom teaching and I have the following understandings on how to improve classroom efficiency and how to adjust classroom arrangements. I.
