本文通过对图式理论的解读,认为学生在英语听力学习的过程中,相关文化知识背景的了解能够帮助学生听力理解。而通过对学生听力能力的考察,发现跨文化交际能力的提高对英语听力理解能力的提高有帮助。因此,笔者认为在听力教学中应适当地加入文化背景知识,消除文化盲点不仅可以提高学生的听力理解能力,同时也能提高学生对听力的兴趣,最终培养了跨文化交际的能力,这也是英语教学的最终目的。
Through the interpretation of the schema theory, this paper argues that students’ understanding of the relevant cultural knowledge background can help students understand their listening comprehension in the process of listening comprehension. Through the investigation of students’ listening ability, it is found that the improvement of intercultural communication ability is helpful to the improvement of English listening comprehension. Therefore, I believe that in listening teaching should be appropriate to join the cultural background knowledge, the elimination of cultural blind spots can not only improve students ’listening comprehension, but also can improve students’ interest in listening, and ultimately cultivate the ability of intercultural communication, which is also English The ultimate goal of teaching.
