造价控制是提高建筑工程建设综合效益的重要措施,工作开展是否合理有效,一直都是企业重点研究内容。近年来建筑行业发展迅速,建筑企业需要面临更大的市场竞争压力,想要提高自身竞争优势,除了要保证工程建设质量外,还需要提高造价控制效果。但是目前我国工程造价管理中仍然存在部分缺陷滞后了整体建筑行业的发展。因此,文章分析建筑工程项目实施阶段造价控制现存问题,采取针对性的措施进行处理优化,确保可以充分发挥造价控制具有的作用。
