切除下颌骨病变后,如即行下颌骨重建手术,连接被切断的下颌骨,则有利于口腔功能的恢复和外形的矫正。重建下颌骨的方法很多,但效果不十分理想,自体或异体骨移植的成活率不高。若以含血管带骨的组织瓣修复,成活率较高,但技术要求高,且有供区部位的并发症。作者认为以下颌骨重建板(mandibular reconstruction plates,MRPs)连接切断的下颌骨,是一种比较方便可靠的方法。作者对1986~1990年间以MRPs重建下颌骨的19例资料作了总结分析。患者均因鳞癌等恶性肿瘤行下颌骨手术,病变范围涉及口底、舌、牙槽嵴、下颌骨等处,切除病变后即行重建手术。
Removal of mandibular lesions, such as immediate mandibular reconstruction surgery, connecting the severed mandible, is conducive to the restoration of oral function and shape correction. The reconstruction of the mandible many ways, but the effect is not very satisfactory, autologous or allograft survival rate is not high. The authors consider the following mandibular reconstruction plates (MRPs) to connect the severed mandible, a more convenient and reliable method. The authors analyzed the data of 19 cases of mandibular reconstruction with MRPs from 1986 to 1990. All patients underwent mandibular surgery due to squamous cell carcinoma and other malignancies. The lesions ranged from the mouth, tongue, alveolar ridge and mandible, and reconstruction was performed after the lesion was removed.
