批评是一把双刃剑,必要的批评能够帮助孩子成长,批评得好能够提高学生的思想认识,改良学生的行为习惯,而批评得不好,将打击学生的自信心,起到反作用。在批评的过程中,教师要牢记批评的目的,把握批评的原则,注意批评的方法,让批评这一教育手段发挥出它应有的作用。
Criticism is a double-edged sword. Necessary criticism can help children grow up. Criticism can improve students’ ideological understanding and improve students’ behavior. However, their criticism is not good and will play a negative role in cracking down students’ self-confidence. In the process of criticism, teachers should bear in mind the purpose of criticism, grasp the principle of criticism, pay attention to the method of criticism, and let criticism of this educational measure play its due role.
