目的了解2013年医院住院抗菌药不合理用药的情况。方法回顾性分析2013年医院360份住院抗菌药病历,根据相关规定对住院抗菌药病历的点评结果及用药合理情况进行统计、分析。结果在抽查的360份抗菌药病历中,用药不合理情况共有17份,占4.72%。结论医院住院抗菌药用药不合理用药现象较少,得益于相关部门的监督和检查。
Objective To understand the irrational use of antibacterials in hospital in 2013. Methods A retrospective analysis of 360 inpatient hospital antibacterial records in 2013, according to the relevant provisions of the hospital antimicrobial medical records of the results and reasonable use of statistics and analysis. Results Among the 360 antibacterial medical records randomly selected, 17 cases were irrational, accounting for 4.72%. Conclusion The hospital use of antimicrobial drugs in hospital irrational phenomenon is less, thanks to the supervision and inspection departments.
