1993年 5月3日至10日中国共产主义青年团第13次代表大会在北京召开。出席会议代表1368名。江泽民、乔石、李瑞环、朱镕基、刘华清、胡锦涛等党和国家领导人出席了大会开幕式。胡锦涛代表党中央向大会致了题为《肩负起历史的重担》的祝词。李克强代表共青团十二届中央委员会作题为《高举建设有中国特色社会主义的伟大旗帜,团结带领各族青年为加快改革开放和现代化建设而奋斗》的工作报告。大会修改并通过了《中国共产主义青年团章程》,选举产生了由165名委员和110名候补委员组成的新一届团中央委员会。在一中全会上,李克强当选为书记处第一书记,刘鹏、袁纯清、吉炳轩、赵实、巴音朝鲁、姜大明当选
1993 May 3 to 10 Chinese Communist Youth League thirteenth congress in Beijing. 1368 delegates attended the meeting. The leaders of the Party and state including Jiang Zemin, Qiao Shi, Li Ruihuan, Zhu Rongji, Liu Huaqing and Hu Jintao attended the opening ceremony of the conference. On behalf of the party Central Committee, Hu Jintao delivered a message to the General Assembly entitled “Bearing the burden of history.” On behalf of the 12th Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, Li Keqiang delivered a speech titled “Hold High the Great Banner of Building Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and Unite and Led Youths of All Ethnic Groups to Strive for Reform, Opening up and Modernization”. The General Assembly revised and adopted the “Constitution of the Communist Youth League of China,” and elected a new Central League committee consisting of 165 members and 110 alternate members.
