1995年初,成都玻璃厂面临玻璃市场疲软的困难和企业发展的压力。厂党委贯彻“治厂先治党”的指导思想,围绕经济目标,制订有效措施,狠抓党建工作,充分发挥党委的政治核心作用,促进了企业全面发展和经济效益的提高,被列入“1995年成都工业企业50强”,并顺利通过了区、市级“文明单位”达标验收,取得了物质文明和精神文明建设双丰收。 一、加强领导班子建设,适应企业发展的新要求 首先,从领导班子思想作风建设入手,着力于提高领导干部在实践中运用建设有中国特色社会主义理论和带头讲政治的自觉性。厂党委在认真做好各项准备的基础上,召开了厂领导班子民主生活会,并通过市建材局党组对厂级领导干部进行考察,总结经验,找出差距,明确了领导班子思想作风建设的重点。还结合工作实际,制订了党委中心组和中层干部学习计划。在学习中,有针对性地研究解决工厂在改革和发展中遇到的新情况、新问题,提高了领导干部的理论水平和班子的决策水平。如在工厂500吨级浮法玻璃生产线扩建工程开工报
