目的探讨宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效。方法用电圈(电环)切除宫颈全部异常病灶,切除组织全部送病理检查。治疗62例随访55例,平均随访时间4.5个月(术后1-6个月)。结果术后2个月宫颈糜烂一次性治愈达94.56%,81.82%宫颈恢复正常大小。平均手术时间10min,术中出血5-10ml,术后无一例伤口感染,9.5%患者脱痂出血超过月经量。经压迫或电凝出血点血止。结论宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)治疗慢性宫颈炎,治愈率高,操作安全、简便,术后并发症少,患者乐于接受。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of cervical ring electrosurgical excision (LEEP) in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods Electric ring (ring) removal of all abnormal cervical lesions, resection of the organization to send all the pathological examination. Sixty-two cases were followed up for 55 cases, the average follow-up time was 4.5 months (1-6 months after operation). Results 2 months after surgery, one-time cure of cervical erosion reached 94.56%, 81.82% of cervical normal size. The average operation time was 10 minutes, and the intraoperative bleeding was 5-10ml. No wound infection was found after operation. 9.5% of the patients had bleeding beyond the menstrual flow. After compression or electrocoagulation bleeding point blood only. Conclusion Cervical ring resection (LEEP) for chronic cervicitis, high cure rate, safe, simple, less postoperative complications, patients are willing to accept.
