The dominant male sterility gene Ms2 and dominant dwarfing gene Rht10 were closely linked on chromosome 4D with a rate of exchange of only 0.18%. The sterile gene Ms2 was 31.56 exchange units from the centromere, while the dwarf gene Rht10 was 31.74 exchange units from the centromere.
