本文采用紫外分光光度分析法测定热痛灵注射液中扑热息痛和安替比林的含量。扑热息痛和安替比林的平均回收率分别为９９．８３％和１００．５％，变异系数为０．２５％和０．７２％。方法简便、快速、准确。
In this paper, the determination of paracetamol and antipyrine in the Andingtong injection by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The average recoveries of paracetamol and antipyrine were 99.83% and 100.5%, respectively, with coefficients of variation of 0.25% and 0.72%. The method is simple, fast and accurate.
