在用人造金刚石钻头钻进时,为了使钻头能够高速迴转,必须使用乳化液冲洗钻孔。乳化液的应用不仅提高了钻进效率,延长了钻头钻具寿命,还提高了岩心采取率。使用乳化液的效果是非常显著的,应当对它进行更深入的研究,以便正确地选择乳化液品种和使用方法,以及根据不同情况配制特殊性能的乳化液(包括乳化泥浆)。因而也就需要研究乳化液在人造金刚石钻进中所起的作用。要研究的内容较多,仅就“乳化液对钻杆与岩石之间所起的减摩作用”进行的一些室内外试钻情况,分几个问题加以说明。
When drilling with a synthetic diamond drill, the drill must be flushed with the emulsion to allow the drill to rotate at a high speed. The use of emulsions not only improves drilling efficiency, extends drill bit life, but also increases core take-up rate. The effect of using the emulsion is very significant. It should be studied in more depth in order to properly select the type and method of use of the emulsion, and to formulate emulsions (including emulsified slurries) with special properties according to different situations. Therefore, it is also necessary to study the role of emulsions in the synthetic diamond drilling. To study more content, only the “emulsion on the anti-friction between the drill pipe and the rock,” some of the tests carried out indoor and outdoor drilling situation, divided into several questions to illustrate.
