中国集装箱船队规模和航线经过近二十年的不断扩展 ,网点已遍布世界各地。为了保证船队的顺利更新和发展 ,现金全球化管理势在必行。本文通过对中国集装箱船队在全球现金管理化进程的演变 ,阐述现金的管理模式。主要方法是选用一家网点遍布全球的国际网络服务银行进行分层次管理。从上述现金统一管理模式中我们可以看出 ,船公司的资金将不再由代理公司来管理 ,而是由船公司自己来管理和运作。在目前中远和中海两家集装箱船公司许多海外代理还是合营的情况下 ,资金的统一管理显得尤为重要。这样既可避免代理公司占用船公司的资金来为自己谋利而影响船公司的资金周转 ,同时也为船公司今后的资金运作及融资渠道打开了一片新天地。
After nearly two decades of expanding the scale and route of China’s container fleet, its outlets have spread all over the world. In order to ensure the smooth renewal and development of the fleet, the management of cash globalization is imperative. This article elaborates the management mode of cash through the evolution of the global cash management of Chinese container fleet. The main method is to select a network of international Internet service banks around the world for hierarchical management. From the above unified cash management model we can see that the shipping company’s funds will no longer be managed by the agency, but by the shipping company to manage and operate. Under the circumstance that many overseas agents of COSCO and CSCL are still joint ventures, the unified management of funds is particularly important. In this way, it can avoid the agency company occupying the capital of the shipping company to influence the capital turnover of the shipping company for its own profit, as well as opening up a new world for the shipping company’s future capital operation and financing channels.
