伴随着近几年来政府倡导的大众创新、全民创新的浪潮,国内涌现了大量的相关配套产业园区,三亚高校科研片区就是在这样的背景下创建的,可是,面对区域的不成熟化、大量办公属性用地的开发成为难点,如何通过合理的市场分析和定位,系统的规划和建筑设计,创造出既满足园区发展需要,又切合发展现状;以达到近阶段的有效去化以及未来的良性运营;成为本次设计的重点。
