With the successful conclusion of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the Plenary Session reviewed and passed the “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues concerning the Legal Promotion of the Country According to Law.” The adoption of this decision marks a step forward in building a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics in our country and another step forward in building a socialist country ruled by law.
