椭圆钻井液振动筛是我国最早生产的振动筛,其基本结构是电机通过三角皮带带动筛箱激振器旋转产生振动做功,结构笨重而复杂,故障率高,功率消耗大,工作噪音大。据此,对这种振动筛进行了改进,取消了皮带传动结构,改成电动机直接驱动筛箱激振器,实现了振动做功,提高了振动筛的技术性能,降低了能耗。2种振动筛的对比试验表明,改进后的振动筛较改进前节能37.5%,噪声降低30.2%,激振力、抛掷指数和处理能力等各项技术指标也都有明显提高。
Elliptical drilling fluid shale shaker is the earliest shale shaker in our country. The basic structure of the shale shaker is that the motor drives the shaker vibrator to rotate and vibrate through the V-belt. The structure is bulky and complicated, the failure rate is high, the power consumption is high, and the working noise is large. Accordingly, the shale shaker has been improved, the belt transmission structure has been canceled, and the motor has been directly driven to drive the screen box exciter to realize the vibration work, improve the technical performance of the shale shaker and reduce the energy consumption. The comparison test of two kinds of shale shakers shows that the improved shale shaker has 37.5% energy saving, 30.2% noise reduction, and various technical indexes such as exciting force, throwing index and processing capacity have also been significantly improved.
