目的 探讨疑难宫腔手术中介入性超声的临床应用价值。方法 对 14 8例疑难的宫腔手术者采用超声引导监测下进行手术。结果 14 8例均一次手术成功 ,无术中及术后并发症。结论 超声引导监测疑难的宫腔手术能提高手术成功率与安全性 ,避免并发症的发生 ,具有临床应用价值
Objective To explore the clinical value of interventional ultrasound in difficult intrauterine surgery. Methods 14 8 cases of intrauterine operation were diagnosed by ultrasound guided surgery. Results 14 cases were successful in one operation without any intraoperative or postoperative complications. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided monitoring of difficult intrauterine surgery can improve the success rate and safety of surgery, to avoid the occurrence of complications, with clinical value
