农民工返乡创业就业,成为经济社会发展的一种新趋势。再创业、再就业、再发展。在贵州,返乡创业就业农民工逐年增多,创业就业水平不断迈上新台阶。农民工群体人数多、潜力大、需求旺,是大众创业、万众创新的有力推动者。他们返乡创业就业,是促进新型工业化和农业现代化、城镇化和新农村建设协同发展的重要力量,是加快贵州农村地区同步小康进程的时代需要。
