设计原则: 1.该区块定性为一个有丰富地方文化内涵的低层高密度综合型城市生活用地; 2.水资源的利用与保护仍然是该设计的核心之一; 3.交通系统的设计是决定本方案成败与否的关键问题之一; 4.街的概念在这里得到强调,街与水的关系,街与人的关系,街与城市发展的 关系也是本设计的核心之一,而街的实现必须靠良好的交通组织和相关的城市界面 设计来完成; 5.为了达到上述三个目的,我们对城市大小空间都做了相应的数字化模 拟,使规划与城市设计原则一目了然。
