采用问卷调查法、访谈法对贵州所属九个地区的213所学校的体育教师现状进行了调查,调查结果显示:贵州农村学校体育教师队伍的学历及职称层次偏低,结构不合理;体育教师的配备在平均数上达到了国家规定,但存在区域性差异,专职体育教师仍然缺乏;体育教师对课程改革的认识及课改实践呈现两级分化的态势;教师的教学规范程度逐渐在提高,但仍有接近百分之十的教师教学处于不规范的随意状态;体育教师工作环境和福利待遇差,存在严重的同工不同酬的现象,教师队伍不稳定。
The questionnaire survey and interviews were used to investigate the current situation of PE teachers in 213 schools in nine districts of Guizhou Province. The results showed that: the education background and professional title of PE teachers in rural schools in Guizhou were low and the structure was not reasonable; Equipped with a national average, with regional differences, there is still a lack of full-time physical education teachers; physical education teachers ’understanding of curriculum reform and practice of curriculum reform shows a two-level differentiation trend; and teachers’ teaching norms gradually improve, There are still nearly ten percent of teachers teaching in a non-standard random state; physical education teachers work environment and benefits are poor, there is a serious phenomenon of equal pay for equal work, the teaching staff is not stable.
