《幼儿园工作规程》明确规定:幼儿园教师应“结合本班幼儿特点和个体差异,制定教育工作计划”,要“观察、分析并记录幼儿的发展情况”。为了落实《规程》这一要求,切实履行教师的职责,本学期我对班上部分幼儿做了追踪观察和个案记录。通过对幼儿的追踪观察和教育实践,我认识到对幼儿的追踪观察较好地体现了注重个体差异的原则。我的体会是: 1.对幼儿的追踪观察和分析记录,加强了教育的目标性,使教师能切实地把教育落实在具体孩子身上,提高教育的实效性。 2.对幼儿的追踪观察有利于教师真实地了解掌握幼儿发展的第一手资料,使教师随时调整教育对策,
“Kindergarten rules” clearly stipulates: Kindergarten teachers should “combine the characteristics and individual differences of children in this class, develop education work plan”, to “observe, analyze and record the development of young children.” In order to implement the “rules” this requirement, and effectively fulfill the duties of teachers, this semester I have done some follow-up observation of young children and case records. Through follow-up observation and educational practice on young children, I realized that follow-up observation of young children better reflects the principle of focusing on individual differences. My experience is: 1. Follow-up observation and analysis of young children’s records have strengthened the goal of education so that teachers can effectively implement education on specific children and improve the effectiveness of education. 2. The follow-up observation of young children is conducive to teachers’ true understanding of first-hand information on early childhood development so that teachers can adjust educational strategies at any time,
