在丽江地区,以同基质露地栽培的方式对一批同源、同龄的须弥红豆杉幼苗开展试验,通过对其生长特征及紫杉醇含量的年变化进行研究分析,结果表明:(1)幼苗高生长的旺盛期为6～9月;(2)幼苗存在偏冠现象;(3)幼苗紫杉醇含量在6月达到最高值。
In Lijiang area, a batch of homologous, same age S. millet seedlings were tested in the same way of open field cultivation. The growth characteristics and the annual variation of paclitaxel content were studied. The results showed that: (1) The vigorous growth period was from June to September; (2) the seedling had the crown-crowned phenomenon; (3) the paclitaxel content in seedling reached its highest value in June.
