本片按原文字面译为“一小时快照”(One Hour Photo)当无异议,但看过全碟故事,按内容另译为“恋相狂”感觉更贴切。片中的“恋相狂”,是一家超市的相馆里一个鳏夫——照片冲洗员西摩。他长期为女顾客妮娜冲洗家庭照,从照片里对妮娜及其家人逐渐熟悉。西摩看到妮娜和丈夫威尔恩爱相拥、他们可爱的儿子从婴儿长成9岁小少年;西摩随时分享这个家庭的幸福、彷佛跟随这个家庭一起度过每个假期……但是,在西摩倾心“恋相”的过程中,发觉了这个幸福家庭隐现的危机。他不能容忍这个“完美”的家庭出现“入侵”和“背叛”。于是,西摩不顾被老板炒鱿鱼,愤然“出格”地肩负起纠正错误、护卫这种“美好”的责任。
