金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)又称朴菇、构菌、金钱菌。它富含精氨酸、赖氨酸及多种矿物质,并含有朴菇素,对肉瘤 S_(180)有抑制作用,具有显著的抗癌功能,经常食用可预防高血压,治疗肝脏和肠胃道溃疡病。在日本金针菇生产量占食用菌生产量的第2位,仅次于香菇。长野县是日本食用菌主产县,1988年金针菇产量达5.01万 t,约占全国的64.2%,1989年上升为5.18万 t。近年日本各地如九州、福冈、大分、北海道和新(氵鸟)等县的金针菇生产都有较大发展,现已实现工厂化栽培,年产量近8万 t 以上。
