本文对一所中等以下城市的综合性医院近10年(1974-1983)住院死亡的60岁以上的老年人365例的死亡原因进行了总结分析。结果表明,脑血管病居首位,占40.55%,心血管病,肿瘤和外伤分居第二、三、四位,依次与14.79%、11.51%和9.86%。引起脑出血的基础疾病均为高血压病,加上与高血压病有密切关系的高心病和冠心病,在本组资料中几乎占一半(46.58%),足以证明积极防治高血压病对于降低老年人的死亡率和延长人口平均寿命是非常重要的。此外,因外伤而导致死亡者在本组资料中占有较高的比例,因此应十分重视对老年人的护理和进行预防外伤的教育。
This article summarizes the causes of death in 365 patients aged 60 and over who died of hospitalization in a general hospital in a sub-standard city in the recent 10 years (1974-1983). The results showed that cerebrovascular disease ranked the first, accounting for 40.55%, cardiovascular disease, cancer and trauma separated second, third and fourth, followed by 14.79%, 11.51% and 9.86%. The basic diseases that cause cerebral hemorrhage are all hypertension.
