当前初中音乐教师教学能力方面主要存在两方面的问题:一是音乐教师的教学能力与学生的学习需求相比,有明显的差距,二是音乐教师教学能力的提高,没有引起其自身和有关方足够的重视。文章剖析了当前部分初中音乐教师的教学能力及存在的主要问题,并从如何转变他们的教育教学观念、建全教学能力研究和培训制度、建立科学的评价机制、减负等几个方面提出了一系列的对策。
