目的 :采用定量脑电图对帕金森病患者及其认知功能评价。方法 :用定量脑电图 ( q EEG)对 4 0名帕金森病 ( PD)患者及 3 3名患有一般性头病头晕的神经症患者 (对照组 )的脑电图变化进行了定量研究。并将 PD按MMSE成绩分为痴呆和非痴呆两组。结果 :PD患者的慢波 ( δ、θ频段 )功率值显著增加 ,而快波 ( β1 、β2 频段 )功率值显著降低。 PD痴呆组的δ波功率值与 PD非痴呆组相比进一步降低 ,具有显著性差异。结论 :q EEG是评定 PD认知功能的有效手段之一。
Objective: To evaluate the cognitive function of patients with Parkinson’s disease by quantitative electroencephalogram. Methods: Quantitative EEG changes of 40 Parkinson’s disease (PD) patients and 33 neurotic patients with general headache and dizziness (control group) were studied quantitatively by qegEG (qEEG) . According to MMSE score, PD was divided into two groups: dementia and non-dementia. Results: The power of slow wave (δ, θ band) of PD patients increased significantly, while the power of fast wave (β1, β2 band) decreased significantly. The δ-wave power of PD dementia group was significantly lower than that of PD non-dementia group, with significant difference. Conclusion: q EEG is one of the effective measures to evaluate cognitive function of PD.
