本市各类劳动服务公司(个别称生产服务公司,生活服务公司,或综合服务公司等)现有200多个。有街道办的,有区、县办的,有工厂企业办的,有工业公司办的,个别是工业主管局办的。绝大多数是安排社会待业人员,职工待业子女,或者安排因征地而吸收进来的农民,也有安排企业富余人员的。但专门安排企业富余人员的为数不多,不过十来个。组织劳动服务公司安排企业富余人员,为定员定额组织生产创造条件,是贯彻企业整顿要求的重要措施,不少工厂企业在积极筹划之中。但也有若干值得探讨的问题,提
There are currently more than 200 various labor service companies in this Municipality (some are called production service companies, life service companies, or integrated service companies, etc.). There are sub-district offices, district and county offices, factory-run enterprises, industrial companies, and individual industrial bureaus. The overwhelming majority of them are unemployed people, employees who are waiting for business, or farmers who have been recruited because of land acquisition. There are also surplus employees. However, there are only a few companies that specially arrange surplus personnel for enterprises. The organization of labor service companies to arrange surplus personnel for enterprises to create quotas for quotas and organization of production is an important measure for implementing corporate reorganization requirements.
