轻声教学是指幼师在教学及常规管理中用平和、自然且亲切的声音与幼儿进行交流和互动,常规教育是幼儿进入幼儿园生活的必修课,也是幼师管理好课堂的基本任务。幼儿的日常行为习惯是在班级的常规管理中逐渐形成的,一个班级的常规管理如何直接影响着幼儿身心健康的成长及幼师的教学质量,可见,常规习惯的培养是教育过程中不可或缺的一部分。结合实际幼儿教学案例,对轻声教育在常规培养中的必要性和相关教育方式做出了以下探讨。
Teaching softly means that kindergarten teachers communicate and interact with children in a calm, natural and friendly voice in teaching and routine management. Regular education is a compulsory course for young children to enter kindergarten and a basic task for kindergarten teachers in managing the classroom. The daily behavior of young children is gradually formed in the routine management of the class. How a regular management of a class directly affects the growth of young children’s physical and mental health and the quality of teaching of kindergarten teachers shows that the cultivation of routine habits is indispensable in the education process a part of. Combined with the actual case of early childhood teaching, the following discussion is made about the necessity of soft-voice education in routine training and relevant education methods.
