The collision between Hong Kong waters and the outer clashes occurred around 21 July 2001 at about 3 p.m. There was a collision between two outer crashes in Hong Kong waters and caused a large oil spill. The collision occurred at 18 nautical miles north of Tonghai Drum Island. The collision was a Singapore-owned liquefied gas carrier and An Di guanji container ship. The collision caused 60,000 tons of oil to leak on Singapore-made liquefied gas carriers. Although about 4 pm
