例1 男68岁,有慢性支气管炎史20余年,否认高血压、冠心病史,因发冷发烧,咳嗽,吐黄痰,气短在外院按慢支合并感染治疗,无效来我院就诊,门诊心电图示急性广泛前壁心梗。例2 男,55岁,以胸痛,烦燥不安,下颌、颈部上方持续性疼痛3天,在外院按骨关节痛治疗无效,来我院查心电图示急性前侧壁心梗。
Example 1 Male 68 years old, with a history of chronic bronchitis more than 20 years, denied hypertension, history of coronary heart disease, due to chills fever, cough, vomit phlegm, shortness of breath in the hospital by chronic bronchitis infection treatment, invalid to our hospital, outpatient ECG shows acute extensive anterior myocardial infarction. Example 2 Male, 55 years old with chest pain, irritability, mandibular, persistent pain over the neck for 3 days, treated by bone and joint pain in the outpatient service is invalid, come to our hospital to check ECG showed acute anterior myocardial infarction.
