目的了解2011—2013年江门市医疗机构法定传染病的疫情报告和管理情况,为进一步提高各级医疗单位的传染病疫情报告与管理水平提供科学依据。方法按照《全国法定传染病漏报调查方案》对江门市2011—2013年不同级别医疗机构法定传染病漏报情况进行分析。结果江门市2011—2013年各级医疗单位共查出传染病1 183例,漏报17例,总漏报率为1.44%,各年漏报率分别为1.89%(7/371)、0(0/431)、2.62%(10/381),不同年份漏报率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同级别医疗机构的漏报率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),市直属医院漏报率(2.64%)高于乡镇卫生院(1.36%)和县级医院(0.25%)。结论应加强江门市直属医院和乡镇卫生院的传染病漏报管理工作。
Objective To understand the epidemiological reports and management of notifiable infectious diseases in medical institutions in Jiangmen City from 2011 to 2013 and provide a scientific basis for further improving the reporting and management of infectious diseases in medical units at all levels. Methods According to the “Survey Report of National Legal Notifiable Infectious Diseases”, the situation of omission of notifiable infectious diseases in medical institutions of different levels from 2011 to 2013 in Jiangmen City was analyzed. Results In 2011-2013, 1 183 cases of infectious diseases were detected in all medical units in Jiangmen City, 17 cases were missed and the total missing rate was 1.44%. The omission rates in each year were 1.89% (7/371), 0 ( 0/431) and 2.62% (10/381) respectively. There was a significant difference in the false negative rate between different years (P <0.01). The failure rate of different medical institutions was significantly different (P <0.05). The omission rate of municipal hospitals was 2.64% higher than that of township hospitals (1.36%) and county hospitals (0.25%). Conclusion The management of underreporting infectious diseases in Jiangmen directly-affiliated hospitals and township hospitals should be strengthened.
