一九七九年九月一日至二十七日,冶金部在上海铁合金厂举办了首期铁合金工业干部训练班,学习企业管理知识。全体学员针对我国铁合金工业现状,提出了许多有益的建设性意见,并由田培文同志综合写成“关于提高我国铁合金工业管理水平的几点意见”一文。冶金部钢铁司特向本刊推荐此文。现予发表。
From September 1 to 27, 1979, the Ministry of Metallurgy held the first batch of ferroalloy industrial cadre training class in Shanghai Ferroalloy Factory to learn the knowledge of enterprise management.
