目的编制1个适用于国营企事业单位人员的工作压力量表,并初步考察其心理测量学特征。方法在文献检索和访谈的基础上,用探索性因子分析确定因子结构并筛选条目,得到1个32个条目、5个因子(事业发展、人际关系、精神负担、工作报酬、经验技能)的量表;计算Cronbachα系数和量表得分与被试主观评价之间的相关系数,以检查量表的信效度。结果各Cronbachα系数分别为:总量表0.915,事业发展0.890,人际关系0.891,精神负担0.856,工作报酬0.852,经验技能0.835;量表总分与评定等级间相关为0.670;各因子总分与评定等级间相关系数分别为:事业发展0.576;人际关系0.440;精神负担0.500;工作报酬0.384;经验技能0.331(P<0.05或P<0.001)。结论本量表有良好的信效度,可以作为测量工作压力的工具。
Objective To prepare a job stress scale suitable for state-owned enterprises and institutions and preliminary study of its psychometric features. Methods Based on the literature retrieval and interviews, the exploratory factor analysis was used to determine the structure of the factors and to screen the entries. The results showed that there were 1 32 items and 5 factors (career development, interpersonal relationship, mental burden, work compensation and experience skills) Table; calculated Cronbachα coefficient and scale scores and subjective evaluation of subjects correlation coefficient to check the scale of the reliability and validity. Results The Cronbachα coefficients were: total scale 0.915, career development 0.890, interpersonal relationship 0.891, mental burden 0.856, working pay 0.852, empirical skills 0.835; scale total score and rating scale was 0.670; the total score and evaluation of each factor The correlation coefficients between the grades were: career development 0.576; interpersonal relationship 0.440; mental burden 0.500; working compensation 0.384; empirical skill 0.331 (P <0.05 or P <0.001). Conclusion The scale has a good reliability and validity, can be used as a tool to measure the work pressure.
