目的建立测定活络镇痛胶囊中欧前胡素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用DiamonsilTMC18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(55∶45);检测波长:300 nm;流速:1.0 ml/min。结果欧前胡素在0.120～0.600μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9);欧前胡素平均回收率98.11%,RSD为0.93%(n=6);重现性较好:6次测定结果平均值为0.182 mg/粒,RSD为1.68%;精密度和稳定性的相对标准偏差RSD分别为0.09%和0.51%。结论高效液相色谱法操作简便,重现性好,结果准确可靠,适用于该药的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of imperatorin in Huoluolian Capsule. Methods Diamonsil TMC18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water (55:45). The detection wavelength was 300 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml / min. RESULTS Imperatorin showed a good linearity (r = 0.999 9) in the range of 0.120-0.600 μg; the average recovery of Imperatorin was 98.11% with a RSD of 0.93% (n = 6); the reproducibility was good: 6 The average of the results was 0.182 mg / tablet with RSD of 1.68%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of precision and stability were 0.09% and 0.51%, respectively. Conclusion High performance liquid chromatography is simple, reproducible and accurate. It is suitable for the quality control of this medicine.
