On October 5th, 1998, the 4th Shanghai Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease Prevention and Control Week and the Shibaobao Care Center were jointly organized by the Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau, the Shanghai Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease Prevention and Research Office, and Shanghai-based Shanghai Shiguibao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
