面对时代的进步、经济文化的高速发展、教育市场的激烈竞争,艺术职业教育如何能树立新的文化发展观,积极探索出一条特色的办学之路是我们艺术职业教育工作者目前急需解决的一个问题。本文提出的是“以实践教学为内容,以出人才为目标,以出精品为展现”的艺术职业教育的特色办学之路。我们应该认识到挑战与机遇是并存的,只要我们顶住压力,把握住机会,我们一定能够创造出更加辉煌的成果,把我们艺术职业教育的建设推向一个新的高度。
Faced with the progress of the times, the rapid economic and cultural development, the fierce competition in the education market, how can art vocational education establish a new cultural development concept and actively explore a unique way of running schools, which is currently urgently needed by our art career educators one question. What this text puts forward is the way of running a school with the characteristics of “vocational education as its content, talent as its goal and quality as a manifestation”. We should recognize that the challenges and opportunities coexist. As long as we withstand the pressure and seize the opportunities, we will certainly be able to create even more brilliant achievements and push the building of our art and vocational education to a new height.
