一、概论 1979年以来,我国农村发生了历史性变化。农村经济迅速发展,乡镇企业异军突起,农民收入不断增加,农村建房出现兴旺景象。据统计,从1979年到1990年,乡村新建住宅73亿m~2,相当于前30年总量的2.4倍,平均每个农民的住房面积从78年的10.7m~2增加到19.7m~2,约9200万户农民迁入新居。从79年开始,全国农村掀起建房热潮,至今兴而不衰;82年开始,
I. Introduction Since 1979, historic changes have taken place in rural China. The rapid development of the rural economy, the sudden emergence of township and village enterprises, the continuous increase in peasant income, and the prosperity of building houses in rural areas. According to statistics, from 1979 to 1990, 7.3 billion m2 of newly-built houses were built in rural areas, equivalent to 2.4 times the total volume of the previous 30 years.
