牡丹皮系毛莨科植物牡丹的根皮。临床上用于热入营分所致的出血,多需炒炭后入药。制炭方法多为清炒。《江苏省中药饮片炮制规范》规定用文火炒至表面焦黑色,内心棕黄色,而《中药大辞典》则要求以武火炒至焦黑色为度。我们试以砂烫的方法制备丹皮炭,取得了良好的效果。一、方法:取净丹皮,用水润透后切成5毫米的厚片,干燥。将中粗河砂置锅内油炙炒至滑利。砂温达180℃左右,改用文火。投入丹皮,不断翻炒至内外表面均呈焦褐色,中间呈棕黄色时取出,迅速筛去河砂,摊开放凉即得表面焦黑色的制品。
The root barks of peony bark of Peony family. The hemorrhage caused by the clinical use of hot entry camps requires more charcoal to be used as medicine. The method of making charcoal is mostly fried. The “Jiangsu Province Chinese Herbal Piece Preparation Standards” stipulates that the use of slow fire frying to the surface is charred black, and the inner heart is brownish yellow, while the “Chinese Dictionary of Medicine” requires that the fire is used to scorch to black. We tried to prepare Danpi charcoal by sand ironing and achieved good results. First, the method: take the net peel, cut into 5 mm thick slices after drying with water, and dry. Set coarse sand and stir fry until smooth. The sand temperature reached around 180°C and was changed to slow fire. Put into the Dan Pi, continue to fry until the inner and outer surfaces are all brown, and when the middle is brown, remove it, quickly sieve the river sand, and spread the cool to get the surface of the black products.
