涉足检坛10多年来,我经历的案件成百近千件,无论是暴力血腥的伤害案,还是蝇营鼠窥的贪污案,随着时间的推移,记忆大多模糊了。唯独经办的那件侄儿替伯父顶罪案,一直深藏在我脑海里,挥之不去。2001年初,因工作需要,领导把我从公诉科调到控申科,以期打开控申工作新局面。说实话,当时我心里有一百个不情愿,因为早就听人说,控申科接待群众来访婆婆妈妈,遭人唾骂,费力不讨好。我心中虽有怨气,但工作还得认认真真干。
