作者对非碘缺乏区老年病医院中因做X线造影而继发甲亢的老年病人进行了研究。所有病例都由生化检查确定为甲亢(T4水平高于25.0pmol/L,TSH水平低于0.10 IU/L),随访6～22个月。

作者对非碘缺乏区老年病医院中因做X线造影而继发甲亢的老年病人进行了研究。所有病例都由生化检查确定为甲亢(T4水平高于25.0pmol/L,TSH水平低于0.10 IU/L),随访6～22个月。在28例(70～96岁)确诊的甲亢病人中,有7例(女6、男1,72～91、平均80岁)甲亢与先前应用非离子型造影剂有关。静脉注入碘的剂量为15.0～46.0g,从造影到发现甲亢的时间为3～10周。临床上有3例出现甲状腺肿大,4例作甲状腺扫描显示甲状腺多发结节,5例作甲状腺球蛋白抗体和甲状腺过氧
The authors studied elderly patients with hyperthyroidism secondary to X-ray angiography in a non-iodine-deficient geriatric hospital. All cases were confirmed by biochemical tests as hyperthyroidism (T4 level above 25.0pmol / L, TSH levels below 0.10 IU / L), followed up for 6 to 22 months. Of the 28 patients (70-96 years old) diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, 7 (6 women, 1,72-91 men, mean age 80) had hyperthyroidism associated with previous use of non-contrast agents. Intravenous iodine dose of 15.0 ~ 46.0g, from imaging to detect hyperthyroidism time of 3 to 10 weeks. Thyroid enlargement was found in 3 cases, multiple thyroid nodules in thyroid scan in 4 cases, thyroid globulin antibody and thyroid peroxidation in 5 cases
