抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体 (抗CCP抗体 )是类风湿性关节炎 (RA)早期诊断的一种较灵敏的标记物 ,而且对于区分损伤性与非损伤性RA疾病、病情评估及预后判断都有非常重要的意义。本文就抗CCP抗体的生物学特性以及其在临床中的应用作一综述。
